To schedule an appointment, call 757-321-3360 or request an appointment online using our patient portal. If you have not signed up, please request an invitation using the patient portal sign up form to the rightbelow. Please have the following information available:

• Nature of the problem
• Type of insurance you have
• Whether you have X-rays or MRIs to bring
• Name of referring physician
• Physician you prefer to see
• Referral for HMO patients (if required)

We try to do our best to accommodate work schedules, any special circumstances or emergencies. We also have Express Care available for urgent care injuries. In this instance, appointments can be made for the same day or within 24 hours.
