On Saturday, October 10th, Atlantic Orthopaedic Specialists and Eastern Virginia Medical School will co-host a Continuing Medical Education program entitled “Orthopaedics for the Primary Care Physician: Management of Common Musculoskeletal Disorders of the Hand, Foot, and Extremities”. The conference will be held at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Norfolk from 8:00 a.m. until 12:50 p.m. and offers participants 4 AMA PRA Category 1 credits in CME. Physicians from throughout the Hampton Roads area are invited to hear presentations on Tendonitis, Nerve Compression Syndromes, Degenerative Joint Conditions, Common Injuries of the Hand & Foot, Overuse Syndromes, Hand Therapy and Splinting, select case presentations and two panel discussions. Faculty for the program include Drs. Donald A. O’Neill, Samuel C. Kline, JoAnn W. Dervay, Chad R. Manke, Paul N. Krop, J. Alexandra Dale, Lawrence E. Donato and Wilford K. Gibson, all board certified orthopaedic specialists with AOS.
