Coastal Virginia Magazine annually solicits their readers to vote on the region’s best coastal businesses in more than 120 different categories, including best medical practices, in the region. Engaging an audience of more than 245,000 readers, Coastal Virginia Magazine announced that their readers have chosen Atlantic Orthopaedic Specialists (AOS) in two categories as Hampton Roads’ Overall Gold for Best Orthodpaedic Practice and Southside Silver for Best Physical Therapy Practice. This year marks the 7th consecutive year AOS won Overall Gold for Best Orthopaedic Practice in Hampton Roads.

In addition to AOS securing their position as Coastal Virginia Magazine reader’s top orthopedic practice and one of the area’s top physical therapy practices, three AOS surgeons won in five Coastal Virginia Magazine’s Top Doc categories. The list of Top Docs is a compilation of peer-to-peer selections from licensed physicians in various specialties throughout Coastal Virginia’s medical community. Dr. Lawrence E. Donato, Jr., one of AOS’s Sports Medicine orthopaedic surgeons, won Top Doc 2020 in the category of Surgery – Orthopedics while both Dr. Chad R. Manke and Dr. Bradley C. Carofino from AOS’s Hand to Shoulder Surgery Center were each selected in two categories, Orthopedics and Hand Surgery.
