Atlantic Orthopaedic Specialists and Eastern Virginia Medical School to co-host Continuing Medical Education program “Orthopaedics for the Primary Care Physician: Shoulders, Hips, and Knees” on Saturday, October 20th, 2012

On Saturday, October 20th, Atlantic Orthopaedic Specialists and Eastern Virginia Medical School will co-host a Continuing Medical Education program entitled “Orthopaedics for the Primary Care Physician: Shoulders, Hips, and Knees”. The conference will be held at The Westin-Virginia Beach Town Center from 8:00 a.m. until 12:45 p.m. and offers participants 4 AMA PRA Category 1 credits in CME. Physicians from throughout the Hampton Roads area are invited to hear presentations on Shoulder Arthritis, Anterior Approach Hip Replacement, Rotator Cuff Disease, The Acutely Injured Knee, selected case presentations and two panel discussions. Faculty for the program include Drs. Donald A. O’Neill, Mark A. Bewley, Bradley C. Carofino, Chad R. Manke, G. Raymond Payne III, all board certified orthopaedic specialists with AOS. AOS Physical Therapy will also be on-hand discussing related topics of interest.
